At present, vehicle wireless charging is divided into front type and rear type. Place it on the charging device to charge. After installation, add additional devices such as on-board bracket on the vehicle to realize wireless charging. The installation position is not fixed. It can be installed in vents, car center console, etc., or fixed on the windshield with the help of suction cups.


The on-board wireless charging technology comes from the wireless charging solution provided by the on-board wireless charging solution provider to the automobile OEM manufacturers. As a qualified on-board wireless charger, the certification of wireless charger is only the foundation. It also needs to meet the stringent on-board hardware standards, and has certain requirements for working temperature range, waterproof and dustproof.
This includes a series of strict requirements such as E-MARK certification, factory system iatf16949 and EMC certification in the motor vehicle industry, often with strict standards, high cost and long cycle. This also leads to a small number of wireless charging manufacturers in the pre installed market. Because the qualification is not relatively new.
As for the on-board wireless charging solution provider, because it is not a part of the vehicle and is not bound by the mandatory certification standards of many automobile manufacturers, the product reliability is not as good as the pre installed products, but it is better in the industry with low entry threshold and high product cost performance.
